Market dialogue: Joint treasury solution for Sandefjord municipality
The municipality needs a more integrated and uniform solution that can be used across the board various units, including cafeterias, senior centers and nursing homes, school canteens and work centres. The solution will support both staffed checkouts and simpler checkout points, and at the same time facilitate better administration, reporting and settlement handling. The purpose of the market dialogue is to gain better insight into which solutions exist in the market, how different needs can be met within a common solution, and which possibilities and limitations apply to standardisation, rollout and further management. Sandefjord municipality also wants input on how the solution can be introduced step by step, including piloting before any further rollout. Suppliers are invited to share experiences, describe current solution options and provide input that can help to give the municipality a better basis for the further planning of the procurement. Participation in the market dialogue is voluntary and is not a prerequisite for being able to participate in any subsequent competition.
