M0re and Romsdal County Council invites suppliers to a market dialogue about a possible future acquisition of a common waste disposal solution for upper secondary schools and dental clinics. The purpose of the dialogue is to gain better insight i current solution options in the market, including handling of various waste streams, digital follow-up of containers and emptying, interaction, reporting, management information as well as solutions that safeguard the environment, sustainability and efficient operation. The county municipality knows the market to a limited extent and wants to therefore broad market orientation and input into best practice. Suppliers are invited to present relevant solutions, experiences and recommendations relating to how a holistic waste disposal solution can be established with a balance between standardization and local adaptation. Today's situation is characterized by different practices locally, limited digital interaction with suppliers and insufficient overview. There is therefore a need to shed light on which solutions the market can offer, and how these can support both joint management and local needs. Attached is a draft requirement specification (appendix 1), locations which the framework agreement will include (appendix 2) and price form (appendix 3). The market dialogue is not binding for any of the parties and M0re og Romsdal County Council reserves the right to changes in attachment.
