Market dialogue: framework agreement for multifunction machines
OFA IKS invites suppliers to a market dialogue on 14 September in connection with the planned acquisition of a new framework agreement for multifunction machines and associated services for the owner municipalities. The market dialogue will be one to one on teams. We mainly want talks with companies that can stand as the main supplier in a contract, and reserve the right to reject requests for talks with other stakeholders. The purpose of the dialogue is to get input on how the procurement can be arranged so that it provides good overall economy, high delivery quality, relevant standardization and sufficient flexibility for municipalities with different needs and different existing machinery. OFA IKS particularly wants feedback on practical and seamless compatibility with PaperCut, an appropriate delivery model in a transition period with a mixed machine fleet, as well as input on the design of the competition basis, including qualification requirements, selection criteria, requirement specification and award criteria.
