Rogaland county council invites suppliers to a written market dialogue in connection with planning a new framework agreement for cleaning products, paper and plastic for the county council's locations, including upper secondary schools, dental clinics and office buildings. The purpose of the dialogue is to gain better insight into the market's range, delivery models and best practice, as well as to map which documentable climate and environmental solutions are available within this product group. The duration of the agreement will be 2 years and the client has the right to extend the agreement for a further 1 year + 1 year. Participation in the market dialogue is voluntary, and the information provided will not give a competitive advantage in a later competition.
