Troms county council invites suppliers to a market dialogue in connection with the planned acquisition of a framework agreement for road signs for the county road network in Troms. The purpose of the market dialogue is to gain better insight into the market's ability to deliver standardized sign products of the required quality, as well as to clarify how delivery security, distribution throughout the county and handling of urgent orders can be resolved in practice. The suppliers are invited to share experiences, describe current solutions and provide input that can contribute to an appropriate and competitive design of the procurement. The input will be treated confidentially and will not be made visible to other suppliers. Please note that Troms County Council does not reimburse any costs you may incur in connection with answering the market dialogue. When the deadline for responding to the market dialogue has expired, we will carefully review all submitted input. We will then assess which input it may be appropriate to include in the competition documents. We note that the county council is not obliged to comply with the input.
