Troms county council invites suppliers to a market dialogue about a possible acquisition of expertise brokering services for FORREGION Troms. The purpose of the dialogue is to gain better insight into the supplier market, including how research institutions and other relevant environments can deliver this type of service, which working methods provide good mobilization of companies, and which contract and framework conditions will contribute to good participation and implementation. Troms county council particularly wants input on how suppliers can act as a link between business and R&D environments, how work can be organized to ensure good follow-up of companies in Troms, and what deliveries and results are realistic in a three-year contract period. Five resources are planned for the assignment, divided into five subcontracts.
