During the autumn/winter of 2026/2027, Trondheim and Malvik municipality will carry out a tender for the purchase of transport and storage of technical aids. In advance of the competition, we want an open dialogue with the market. The purpose of this market survey is to obtain valuable insight into the current market situation. This will help us design a competition basis that is best suited to both the municipality's needs and the market's opportunities. Attached are the competition basis, specification of requirements, award criteria and price form from the previous competition in 2021. We hereby invite relevant suppliers to familiarize themselves with the attached question/answer form and give their input.
