Market dialogue - Review IT portfolio
The Arts Data Bank is a gross financed department under the Ministry of Climate and Environment. Artsdatabanken is considering announcing a tender for an external review of the IT portfolio. We would like to discuss with the market whether the descriptions of the assignment seem recognisable in the market and how costly such an assignment is. The market dialogue will be held through a digital meeting Wednesday 14 May 0900-1000. The draft for the notice will be sent as registered at the latest on Monday 11 May. After the meeting, five 30 minute meetings have been set aside with individual tenderers. Registration for an individual meeting can take place at the same time as register for the market dialogue. Individual meetings will be awarded on a first come, first served principle. Registration shall be sent by sending an email to the [email protected]. The Arts Data Bank has, via the Digitalisation Council, received a recommendation to carry out an external review of the IT portfolio. • What does it cost to manage and further develop the different systems? • Where can you have internal operational advantages by thinking about consolidation and reuse?
