Sandnes Pro-Service AS ("SPS") invites a market dialogue with relevant players in the "Procurement of general contractor" project, to investigate interest in the market and get the contractors' feedback on proposed requirements and conditions. SPS must enter into a contract with a general contractor for the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of a new building. SPS is currently located in several buildings spread over two plots, where the premises are adapted to varying degrees to the needs of the business. As part of the project, the business will be co-located in a new building on one of the existing sites. The new building will facilitate the company's labor market, training and production activities and provide suitable premises for users, employees and partners. As part of the preparations before the announcement, a market dialogue will be carried out to obtain input on requirements and conditions.
