Market dialogue - Climate survey Market dialogue - Climate survey Oslo municipality v/ Climate Agency invites to a market dialogue. The purpose of the dialogue is to get concrete input from the market and professional circles on the most important challenges we face the climate survey today, and on the need for any adjustments. The climate survey annually surveys the knowledge, attitudes and behavior of the population and the business world related to climate and climate measures. The survey has been carried out since 2017 and is a important knowledge base for communication, professional work and policy-making. The survey is currently carried out as a quantitative survey, using panel-based data collection in the population section. Around 1, 500 respondents are asked, throughout web form via e-mail. Population panels used throughout the ten years the survey has been carried out have challenges related to good enough representativeness in the younger age group (16-29 years) and among Oslo's population with an immigrant background. The business part is carried out as a separate survey, through e-mail to companies in Oslo. The target is 600 respondents in businesses in Oslo with at least five employees, divided into the main categories service, trade and industry. Goal achievement has varied throughout years, and this year stands at 448 businesses. The survey has been further developed over time, including through adjustments to the method and question set-up, and provides an important knowledge base for the agency's work.
