Because the current transport contracts and the contract for the call center in Twente declined according to year, preparation for a new tender has started.
One of the first steps in this is a market consultation for carriers. You will find a questionnaire in this market consultation. We want to ask you to respond to this in writing. In addition, individual conversations will be held with providers in which they can explain their written response and we can ask questions. These conversations are in Denekamp on 17 March and 22 March.
