The municipality of Stichtse Vecht needs a digital solution that supports students with an intellectual and/or psychological disability in traveling independently by public transport between home and school. We intend to do this framework agreement for a period of 3 years, with an option to extend. The estimated annual value of the assignment is € 20, 000 € 30, 000. We would like to do this before starting a tender procedure market consultation to gain insight into the range of comparable solutions and services. The aim is to determine which parties can provide such a solution, which functionalities are available in the market, and how the market is positioned with regard to this type of service. The results of this market consultation will help us determine the most appropriate tender strategy and draw up any tender documents, in accordance with the Procurement Act 2012.
