To address the stability of the banks and the high energy consumption of its infrastructure, De Vlaamse Waterweg nv wishes to combine both issues with the PIO project “A dike from a solar panel” through an innovative pilot project or to set up and test a pilot setup in which solar panels are integrated into newly constructed slope slabs along the waterway.
