GVB intends to introduce 'Found Object Management' on the market. GVB wishes to conclude an Agreement with the conditions under which the 'Found Objects' service will take place. GVB investigates which market parties have the total can provide services. This involves: • Providing a web-based online service for lost property management (SAAS); • Receiving, registering, storing and online publication of Found Objects; • Communicating with third parties who claim a lost item (“Searchers”); • Check whether the searcher is the owner of the object; • Handing over the object to the owner via a private counter or sending it to the owner; • The planning of logistics; • The administration and monitoring of the entire lost and found process via the Software, including a payment module, hosting, maintenance, Support and Helpdesk; • Etc. see document
