The Division of BioAnalytical Chemistry (BAC) of the Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Sciences department, has the intention to acquire a stateoftheart liquid chromatography ion mobility filter high mass, ultrahigh resolution mass spectrometer (LCIMFUHRMS) platform for the separation, identification, and characterization of a large variety of molecules with an emphasis on large molecular constructs such as intact, native (glyco)proteins and protein complexes, and protein aggregates. The dedicated technology also include highthroughput topdown proteomics (TDP) approaches for efficient and indepth proteoform characterization.
