Market consultation GBS reporting 24/7, Functional Management and system Consignment The University of Groningen (RUG) has an extensive and technically diverse real estate portfolio in which building-related installations play a crucial role for continuity, safety, comfort and sustainability. The Building Management System (BMS) forms a central link for monitoring, control and signaling of installations within both mechanical engineering (W) and electrical engineering (E) disciplines. The The complexity of the GBS landscape has increased in recent years due to increases in scale, diversity of suppliers and a growing number of reports, both within and outside regular working hours. This leads to an increased burden on internal employees and external maintenance parties, while not all reports are assessed in advance in terms of urgency, cause and contractual follow-up.
