HAN is looking for a budgeting tool and has therefore set up this market consultation to explore what suppliers are available within the Dutch market that may be able to provide a suitable tool. The tool that HAN is looking for is a financial planning and analysis tool that makes it possible to gconvert realized figures from its financial system, student data from the student information system and employee data from the HR system into forecasts and budgets for the coming financial years and support financial analyses. The tool must be based on actual cijbe able to make calculations for the coming years on the basis of predetermined starting points and scenarios. Logging should make it possible to find out who intervened in changing the content. It must also be possible to work with time slots, which can be set manually or on the basis of datum can be fixed.
