The ROCvAF itself is not a software supplier, but there is interest in Flex in the market. The ROCvAF wants therefore explore whether there are market parties that can structurally take over the system and further develop and manage it, whereby ROCvAF does not transfer the intellectual property rights free of charge, but an appropriate compensation for this expected. This market consultation therefore explicitly explores the extent to which market parties are willing and able to take over Flex under these conditions.
