This contract is a service contract within the meaning of article 2, 21°, of the law of June 17, 2016 relating to public contracts. THE The technical requirements that the services must meet are included in the technical clauses of the special specifications. Pricing terms: This contract is concluded at fixed prices. The bidder submits a monthly fixed price per site covering all the services described in the technical clauses of these special specifications, including in particular: • regular cleaning services and their frequencies; • the supply of any consumables provided; • the necessary equipment and products; • labor costs; • travel; • as well as any constraints necessary for the perfect execution of the services.
