The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a framework agreement relating to the realization of annual evaluations and a five-yearly expertise on all buildings (residential, offices and businesses) and parking lots of the CPRN's real estate assets. and detailed expertise with screwsite in case of purchase or sale.

Lot No. 3 aims to carry out the following services on all buildings (homes, offices and businesses) and parking lots of the CPRN real estate assets located in Strasbourg: assessannual assessments and a five-year assessment which will take place in 2027.

Lot No. 1 aims to carry out all of the buildings (residential, office and commercial) and parking lots of the CPRN real estate assets located in Ile-de-France, the following services: annual evaluations and a five-year expertise which will take place in 2027.

Detailed expertise with visit in the event of purchase or sale (Strasbourg)
