The Ordering Party invites you to submit an offer for Servicing of laboratory equipment - PolEko-Aparatura. Description of the subject of the order, Offer form, Draft Order, purchase and General Terms and Conditions of the Order for services can be found in the Attachments tab. The offer must be submitted via the Company's Purchasing Platform, only from your profile registered on the Purchasing Platform by attaching the Offer Form in the Attachments tab. The person posting on the Company's purchasing platform is deemed to be all documents, applications, notices and offers are authorized by the Contractor and act on his behalf. All documents requiring signatures of persons representing the Contractor must be submitted: - in electronic form - a scan (with visible signatures persons representing the Contractor) or - in electronic form with a qualified electronic signature.
