Trøndelag County Council invites suppliers to a market dialogue in connection with a planned acquisition of a joint, web-based portal for digital teaching aids and learning resources for upper secondary education. The main purpose of the dialogue is that Trøndelag County Council wants to receive concrete feedback on the draft requirements specification, including functional requirements, integration needs, security, administration of licenses and rights, as well as matters that are important to ensure a future-oriented agreement.
