The purpose of this contract is the operation of the regular, seasonal, maritime shuttle service between the ports of Cannes-Vieux Port (quai Laubeuf), Theoule-sur-Mer and La Figueirette (Theoule-sur-Mer). The service consists of ensuring, over the entire duration of the contract, the execution of the service as indicated in the Specifications, which specifies the obligations of the Contract Holder towards the urban area, customers and third parties. Maritime shuttle between Theoule-sur-Mer and Cannes The Cannes Pays de Lerins agglomeration: - Defines the conditions for execution of services, within the framework of its skills and market provisions, - Defines the price scale applicable to the service, and the conditions of access to the service, - Defines the objectives to be achieved in terms of quality of service, - Controls the proper execution of the service, - Pays remuneration corresponding to the execution services, - S-ensures the proper use of public funds. For these purposes, the agglomeration relies on a reference offer, a quality of service, conditions and operating methods defined in the market and its annexes.
