OBJECT OF PROCUREMENT
The object of the acquisition is the maritime ship simulator services, which Finnpilot Pilotage Oy (later also the Customer and procurement entity) uses its personnel for statutory and voluntary training and to ensure competence. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that the agreement to the destination do not include the ship simulator tests of section 5.6.3 of regulation TRAFICOM/452325/03.04.01.00/2022 or similar tests according to the regulation that later replaced this regulation.
The procurement is divided into four (4) independent areas as follows:
Section 1: Ship simulator services - Southern Finland (Kotka, Emasalo, Helsinki)
Section 2: Ship simulator services - Southwest Finland (Naantali and Hanko)
Section 3: Ship simulator services - Western Finland (Rauma and Pori)
Section 4: Ship simulator services - Northern Finland (Kokkola and Oulu)
The tenderer can offer either for one or more sub-areas. For everyone one (1) supplier will be selected for the sub-area. An independent procurement decision and separate contract is made for each sub-area.
CONTRACT PERIOD
The contracts are valid for a fixed period of three (3) years. The customer has the option to extend sub-area-specific contracts for a maximum three (3) year option period. See Chapter 5 of the agreement in Annex A.
SCOPE OF PROCUREMENT
Below are presented the expected values without value added tax of purchases made in the sub-areas:
Section 1: Ship simulator services - Southern Finland (Kotka, Emasalo, Helsinki) - 600, 000 - 1, 300, 000 euros (VAT 0%)
