ENGLISH: UNOG is seeking expressions of interest to identify potential tools for a comprehensive maritime intelligence and tracking solution. This EOI is intended to explore the availability of tools in the market that meet our specific operational requirements. We invite expressions of interest for tools that offer the following must-have features:• Detailed Vessel Information: Capable of displaying type of vessel (e.g., bulk, tanker), capacity, IMO number, name, years active, classification society, insurance coverage, and location.• Historical Information: Ability to view previous port calls, vessel origin, historical changes in vessel ownership and flags, route history, and trade areas (countries, ports).• Sanction-Regime Related Details: The tool should identify sanctions placed on vessels across regimes, including the reasons (such as sanctioned cargo loads, ownership and connections, ship-ship transfers), and a marker of potential sanctions risk (such as previous violations).• Predictive Analytics: Capability to predict potential fleet paths.===================================== FRANCAIS: ONUG recherche des manifestations d'interet pour identifier des outils potentiels offran a complete maritime intelligence and tracking solution.
