Marine crane for the Navy's SUPPLY class The Ministry of Defence's Material and Procurement Agency (FMI) is in the process of preparing the acquisition of a marine crane or equivalent Single Point Davit system for the navy's Supply and Seatruck class. In connection with acquisition, FMI wants to enter into a dialogue with the market to obtain information about the possibilities and any limitations that exist in the market. The Navy's Supply and Seatruck class ck class are equipped with a deck crane of the type HMF M280 T2 or HMF 95 with hydraulic tank. The crane is used for cargo handling, laying walkways and workboats. Since the current crane is not approved for launching workboats with personnel, i.e. personal lift, FMI is looking for a solution that can meet the requirements of this combination. The crane must have the necessary maritime certifications according to DNV and the Danish Maritime Authority (MED). The complete installation on the foundation must be approved by DNV. FMI encourages the market to respond to this RFI and attach all relevant information, product presentations and/or catalogs that the supplier may find relevant in connection with this market dialogue. After receiving responses from the market to this RFI, FMI may follow up on responses by contacting suppliers or by holding meetings, if FMI assesses that there is a need for this.
