Description : 1. The Department of Transportation (DOTr), through the 2022 GAA Locally Funded Projects intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ninety Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Six Pesos and Sixty-Six Centavos (Php290, 997, 626.66) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Marinduque Airport Development Project (Asphalt Overlay of Runway (3" thick), Runway Shoulder Grade Correction and Construction of DOTr-PMO Office). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DOTr now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required three hundred (300) calendar days, inclusive of sixty (60) pre-determined unworkable days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
