INVITATION TO TENDER

Sealed Tenders, plainly marked on the envelope "TENDER FOR MARIGOLD, CURRIE, AND LANG COVE ELECTRICAL UPGRADES, CONTRACT 2023-919” will be received by Shari McCreesh, Purchaser, Integrated Water Services of the Capital Regional District at their offices at 479 Island Highway up to 2:00 pm local time on March 13, 2024, at which time they will be opened in private.

The works to be constructed under this Contract generally include, but is not limited to, the following:

Part A - MARIGOLD PUMP STATION

The Marigold Pump Station is located at 901 Marigold Road, Victoria BC. A summary of the work includes:Replacement of the primary service transformer with a BCH Secondary Service.Replacement of entire 480V distribution with a 600V distribution. This includes Service Entry Distribution, all conductors, system distribution, transformers, rewinding/replacement of site 480Vac motors to 600Vac, replacement of 480Vac valve actuators with 600Vac actuators, and step-up transformers to connect ‘to remain- 480V generators with new site distribution (including conductors, tray structure and ATS).Replacement of entire site control system with three (3) PLC systems to maintain operation of the facility.
