Lot 1 - Infrastructure Security Products Lot 2 - Network Products Lot 3 - Hosting Products Lot 4 - Security/Network/Hosting Expertise The scope of the case concerns the establishment of a “Sourcing Infrastructure” market to process the level 2 and 3 support for so-called infrastructure products, Build and Run within the Architecture & Operations division of the Enedis IT department. 4 lots in total. 3 lots with obligation of results: - Lot 1 Infrastructure Security Products: single awardee - Lot 2 Network: single awardee - Lot 3 Accommodation: single awardee 1 lot under obligation of means - Lot 4 Security/Network/Hosting Expertise: multiple awardees The same supplier may be awarded 1 or more single-award lots (they are not mutually exclusive) Lot 4 is exclusive of the other 3 lots. The attribution rule being as follows: - suppliers can respond to all batches if they wish - the priority of the allocation goes to single-awarded lots. So if a supplier is awarded one or more lots 1, 2 or 3, it will be excluded from lot 4 at the time of award This lot is committed to results on a single-award flat rate service model.
