Requirements for data handling and deliveries are described in the instructions. Included in the project is testing of a data flow. 20% of the total price must is used for testing the directorate's NIN app and MarinWeb, which will then be used in the mapping process. In parallel with the mapping in Stavanger, the same type of mapping with data flow test is run in Askøy municipality. In the tender round, everyone can apply for both projects, but The Norwegian Environment Agency will choose different operators on Askøy and Stavanger.
