Request for proposals are invited for Mapping Health Tech Innovation
Techlinic Ltd. is a local company specialized in advancing technology, innovation, and employment in Jerusalem. In the last years, Techlinic has partnered with multiple partners in different fields and conducted dozen capacity building programs for tech engineers in east Jerusalem and has proven experience in advancing their employment. Techlinic has three main departments, a) capacity building and training, b) employment facilitation and c) Jinnovate, Health-Tech innovation center.
Jinnovate is the Jerusalem Innovation Center for Health-Tech and Technology, the center activities are fully funded by Techlinic-s partners and donors. This five-year project aims to work with local and international stakeholders for enabling the health-tech ecosystem and creating new health-tech startups in Jerusalem.
Techlinic is currently accepting proposals for “Mapping Health-Tech Innovation in Jerusalem”
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from various candidate organizations, conduct a fair and extensive evaluation based on criteria listed herein, and select the candidate who best represents the direction Techlinic Ltd. wishes to go.
All proposals in response to this RFP are due no later than 5:00pm April 10, 2024.
At least 7 years- as field researcher, assessment surveyor e.g. research mapping exercises (as a
requirement)
• Conducted at least 2 similar assignments in the last 5 years
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
• Experience in innovation programs or labs
• Proven experience in tool development
• Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) methods and approaches (including
quantitative, qualitative and participatory methods) (considered an advantage).
