Given the ongoing development of the urban area, there is a need for action to update, verify and, if necessary, expand the inventory. The city council approved the urban nature specialist planning with resolution no. 2278/2024 of July 11, 2024 and thus decided to revise the nature conservation inventory (KSO-N). The nature conservation department of Grün Stadt Zurich was commissioned to carry out the revision of the nature conservation inventory and to have the revised inventory determined by the city council.
