The presentation of Proposals "Envelope A" and "Envelope B" will take place in a public act, before the Purchasing and Contracting Committee and an acting Notary Public, in the Conference Room of the Office for the Transportation Reorganization (OPRET), located at our main headquarters on Av. Paseo de Los Reyes Católicos Esq. Av. Máximo Gómez (Old Cementera), on the days indicated in the Tender Schedule and may only be postponed due to force Major or Fortuitous Event defined in this Specific Specifications.
