Tender Details

The subject of this order is: Production and delivery of registration plates. Production and delivery (successive) of registration plates for the needs of the District Office in Przemyl. The boards should be made in accordance with: Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024 r., item 1251).; Rozporzdzeniem Ministra Infrastruktury z dnia 8 listopada 2024 r. w sprawie rejestracji i oznaczenia pojazdw, wymaga dla tablic rejestracyjnych oraz wzorw innych dokumentw zwizanych z rejestracj pojazdw (Dz. U. z 2024 r., poz. 1709); Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of May 2, 2012 on the conditions of production and method of distribution of license plates and legalization marks (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1677).12.2. The detailed scope of the order is specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order, which constitutes Annex No. 4 to the ToR. Other conditions regarding the execution of the order are specified in the draft provisions of the contract, Annex No. 5 to SWZ.12.3. The requirements (obligations) imposed on the Contractor are described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 5 to SWZ.
