MANHAY (Vaux-Chavanne) - LIBIN (Transinne) - DURBUY (Barvaux) - BASTOGNE Repair work on the annexes of the "Halls relay Hons" buildings - Waterproofing, roofing and facade work on existing administrative halls The purpose of this contract is the execution of waterproofing, roofing and facade work as well as occasional finishing and interior carpentry work on existing administrative halls, known as relay halls. The work aims to remedy the problems observed, mainly linked to humidity and waterproofing problems, to ensure the sustainability of existing structures and to improve the protection of buildings against future infiltration. The interventions concern several distinct buildings. They must be adapted, where applicable, to the actual condition of the works observed during execution, including in the presence of hidden defects or damage not visible during prior visits.
