Tender Details

This consultation concerns the compulsory training of approved childminders. The award procedure used is: the open adapted procedure. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 3° of the Order Code public. The framework agreement with maximum is entered into in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The maximum amount is 120, 000 euros Excl. tax for the total duration of the framework agreement. The framework agreement is single-awarded. There are no plans to divide them into batches. The validity period for offers is set at 6 months from the deadline for receipt of offers. No variation is authorized. This consultation includes environmental execution conditions, the details of which are indicated in the CCAP. The contracting authority reserves the possibility of subsequently entrusting the holder of the framework agreement, in application of articles L. 2122-1 and R. 2122-7 of the Public Procurement Code, one or more new framework agreements aimed at providing similar services.
