The subject of this procedure is: 1. Conducting and handling matters related to the current operation of the Ordering Party's Company Archive, located in the building at ul. Al. Marcinkowskiego11 in Poznań;2.Archiving and preparation of lists of documentation files provided by the Ordering Party and maintaining and updating a register of documentation located in the Ordering Party's Plant Archives; 3. Missing and physical destruction of documents making it impossible to reproduce their content, as well as preparing and keeping documentation in this area, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage of October 20, 2015 on: classification and qualification of documentation, transfer of archival materials to state archives and lack of non-archival documentation (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 246); 4. Maintaining the premises of the Company Archives in proper sanitary and orderly condition. By submitting an offer, the Contractor also accepts the draft Agreement - placed in annex.
