1 The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of managing and exercising investor supervision over the design and performance of works on the C -E 20 railway line on the section Czachowek Wschodni - Pilawa together with the bridge over the Vistula, implemented as part of the projects "Works on the railway line no12 Skierniewice - Łukow (C -E20), Bridge Nad Wisłą "and" Works on the C -E 20 railway line on the section Czachowek Wschodni - Pilawa - other robots ".

2 The subject of the subject of the contract includes:

a. basic zakres is in particular:

a) acting as an engineer;
