1. The subject of the order is the provision of waste management services with code 07 02 13 in an estimated amount of approximately 1, 000 Mg, in accordance with generally applicable legal regulations and decisions held by the Contractor.2. The place of development of the above-mentioned there will be waste a plant/installation located at a distance of no more than 70 km from the Waste Disposal Plant belonging to Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunlnej sp. z o.o. in Supsko, ul. Komunalna 1, measured by public roads according to website www.targeo.pl.3. Waste will be the subject of this order will be delivered to the Contractor's plant/installation by means of transport of the Ordering Party or contractors selected in a separate public procurement procedure. 4. Waste 07 02 13 consists of plastic elements generated in the production process of used inorganic chemicals, such as: fragments of boat hulls, plastic scraps from the production of toys, etc. The waste is collected in a loose state.
