Single batch As part of the implementation of its social, educational and cultural policies, the City of Laon has for many years equipped itself with neighborhood facilities intended as a social center. She wishes to entrust the operation of both CAP-NO and Triangle social centers to a service provider for the next four years, i.e. from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2030. It also wishes to entrust the management of two social life spaces in the Cité des cheminots district and the other to within the Ile de France district for the same period. This service provider will be responsible for overall social activities within the 4 districts, in compliance with the guidelines and recommendations of the CNAF regarding relations between the CAFs and the structures for the animation of social life. CNAF circular n°2012-013 of June 20, 2012 and n°2016-05 of March 16, 2016 will serve as reference documents concerning the role, objectives, missions and functions of the equipment concerned.
