Tender Details

The contract covers general press and specialized press subscription management services on all media. The contract is placed in a group of orders in accordance with the provisions of articles L2113-6 to L2113-8 of the Order Code public. The Department of Yvelines, coordinator of the group, is responsible for proceeding, in compliance with the rules provided for by the Public Procurement Code, with the organization of all operations relating to the devolution of the framework agreement. Each member of the order group executes the framework agreement as Contracting Authority for the part corresponding to its needs. The notions of Contracting Authority or representative of the Contracting Authority used in this CCAP are intended to therefore indifferently one or the other of the communities at the origin of an order in question.
