Description of the service: Management service and travel assistance for the Sitges Foundation, International Film Festival of Catalonia, both for the purpose of institutional representation and service commission, as well as travel for artists and personalities who are invited to attend the Festival. This service includes the management of the reservation, issuance, modification, cancellation, if applicable, and delivery of air, land and sea transport tickets, hotel accommodation and rental vehicles, as well as the rental of conference and meeting rooms and, in general, any service typical of travel agencies. The services subject to the contract are the following: • Contract of air tickets. • Contract of train tickets. • Purchase of boat and coach transport tickets. • Hotel reservations. • Processing of modification or cancellation of tickets or reservations. • Rental car hire. • Advice on itinerary options. • 24/365 service. •VIP service airport.•Management of Iberia's On Business Service.The hiring of a ticket by any means of transport is understood to include all complementary operations such as the issuance of the boarding pass, necessary transfers, reservation of seat, real-time notifications about reservation status, cancellations, boarding gate changes, delays, baggage management...
