Management of the Service for the Operation of the Casal Oliveres Bar, With the Characteristics Described Above, Which Will Be Executed in Accordance with What Is Arranged in Its Specifications. The Management of the Service will take place through a Concession of Services, In accordance with Article 15 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts (Lcsp), which will entail the transfer to the concessionaire of the operational risk, including the risk of demand and supply, and the risk of non-recovery of the Investments Made, If Any. The activity is provided "under indirect management". The Concession Will Be Made In All The Physical Space Occupying The Bar, Indicated In The Location Plan Of The Said Bar That Is Attached To Annex No. 1 of Ppt, So As the Inventory of Goods, Included in the Same Document as Annex No. 2.
