The purpose of this consultation is to purchase an outsourced management and monitoring service for RTE press subscriptions, covering all paper and digital media. The expected service includes: -Subscription, renewal and termination of subscriptions; -Centralized management of requests from different RTE services; -Management of disputes (delivery delays or failures, etc.); -Administrative and financial management of subscriptions; -THE monitoring of contractual deadlines and implementation of actions necessary for continuity of services; -The production of reports allowing performance monitoring.
