The investment will be implemented in the design and build formula, therefore the scope of the subject of the order includes: 1) preparation of design documentation for land development (demolition of buildings, adaptation of the facility with change of use, etc.) in the area between ul. Ludowa and ul. Stefan Batory in Zielona Góra, and 2) execution of works construction based on the developed design documentation referred to in point 3.2.1) of the SWZ. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex I.2 to the SWZ and in the documents referred to in point 3.5. SWZ. 3. The subject of the order must be be performed in accordance with the Functional and Utility Program (FFU) included in Annex I.4 to the SWZ 4. The investment is covered by co-financing from the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate and Environment 2021-2027 program.
