Managing periodical subscriptions under paper or electronic format subscribed by the City of Bordeaux mainly concerns the library and other municipal services. These are subscriptions to: - newspapers, magazines, periodicals, specialized publications, French or foreign, under paper format or in electronic or coupled format, subscribed or likely to be subscribed by the services of the City of Bordeaux. - electronic documents (periodicals, collections, databases, websites, documentaries, directories, etc...) online and offline subscribed or likely to be subscribed by the City of Bordeaux. Excluded from this market are publications for which publishers want to maintain their exclusivity and refuse to go through an intermediary as well. that publications acquired by the City in number and which are the subject of a special contract
