Tender Details

1) The subject of the order is a comprehensive service for the management of municipal waste originating from the Piaski Commune in the fourth quarter of 2026, consisting of: a) accepting municipal waste, specified by type for the order, at the waste reception site indicated and provided by the Contractor municipal waste from the municipal waste collection operator, in a manner consistent with the law and the requirements resulting from the order documents, b) processing the accepted municipal waste in the recovery (R) and/or disposal (D) processes, in the waste management site indicated and provided by the Contractor municipal waste, in a manner consistent with the law and the requirements resulting from the order documents, c) fulfillment of reporting and information obligations, d) fulfillment of obligations guaranteeing the Ordering Party the possibility of exercising control and verification rights, e) the total estimated amount of municipal waste planned to be developed during the duration of the contract is: 634 Mg.2) A detailed description of the subject of the order, hereinafter referred to as OPZ, is included in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.3) The subject of the order is also described in the Draft provisions of the contract constituting for...
