commune 1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive service for the management of municipal waste generated as part of the local waste management system organized by the Żnin Commune, to the extent that the Żnin Commune has authority over the indicated category of waste, the types and estimated quantities of which are indicated in Chapter III of the Description of the subject of the order, which constitutes Annex No. 1 to this SWZ, hereinafter referred to as: "OPZ". The comprehensive municipal waste management service will consist in the successive: 1) acceptance of municipal waste collected directly from property owners (in the "at source" system), the types of which are indicated in Chapter III, section 3 OPZ in the place/places indicated and provided by the Contractor for accepting municipal waste from the municipal waste collection operator, in a manner consistent with the law and the requirements resulting from the order documents, 2) processing of the accepted municipal waste in the recovery (R) and/or disposal (D) processes, in the place indicated and provided by the Contractor for processing municipal waste, in a manner consistent with the law and ...
