Tender Details

Management of municipal waste from the Żnin commune 1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive service for the management of municipal waste generated as part of the local waste management system organized by the Żnin Commune, in to the extent to which the Żnin Commune has authority over the indicated category of waste, the types and estimated quantities of which are indicated in Chapter III of the OPZ. The comprehensive municipal waste management service will consist in the following: 1) receiving municipal waste collected directly from property owners (in the "at source" system), the types of which are indicated in Chapter III, section 3 OPZ at the place indicated and provided by the Contractor for accepting municipal waste from the operator collection of municipal waste in a manner consistent with the law and the requirements specified in the order documents, 2) processing of accepted municipal waste in recovery (R) and/or disposal (D) processes, in the place indicated and provided by the Contractor processing municipal waste in a manner consistent with the law and the requirements resulting from the order documents, 3) implementation of reporting and information obligations, 4) implementation of obligations ensuring the Ordering Party's ability to exercise its rights control and verification, 5) performance of services and obligations related to the services specified in points 1) - 4) above - hereinafter referred to as "municipal waste management service". 2.
