1. The subject of the order is a service regarding the task "Management of municipal waste from the Czarnia commune in 2027, divided into 2 parts. The subject of this order is the provision of a service consisting in the management of municipal waste, including waste collected at the Selective Collection Point Municipal Waste (PSZOK) from the Czarnia Commune, in a way that ensures achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, of 2026, item 912), the locally applicable waste management plan and the provisions of the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the Czarnia Commune.3.
